I live in Western, PA, the heart of the redneck kingdom. How do you spot a redneck hunter that also has a DUI conviction?

I saw a man riding his dirt bike on the side of a State Road in GA. He was carrying a rifle or a shotgun in front of him and was on his way back from woods. This takes the cake though!

i live in asia… this seems perfectly normal to me. in fact, i’m surprised that he doesn’t have his family on there too!
