Tips For Ladies Watching Sports
Okay ladies, we’re right in the middle of football season, so here are some tips on things not to do when you’re watching sports with your husband, boyfriend, or any person of the male gender for that matter…
Thanksgiving: A Cup of Coffee Would Save My Life
Thanksgiving is a day to remember all God’s benefits and blessings. In Christ believers receive innumerable spiritual blessings and benefits. Who can calculate all God’s kindnesses and mercies to us in Jesus? Forgiveness, justification, fellowship with God, joy inexpressible and full of glory, the hope of seeing Christ’s face are but a few of his incredible blessings…
Interrogating Your Soul
I see a man around town from time to time who is always talking to himself. I’m not sure if he’s talking to himself, or to some imaginary companion, and I don’t know if he hears the other side of the conversation. Either way, it’s an odd sight. Napoleon Dynamite and the Faithfulness of God
There are certain things that I can’t change about myself. I need a solid 7 hours of sleep each night if I’m going to function at a semi-conscious level during the day. I like drinking coffee that’s strong enough to double as paint stripper. I thoroughly enjoy the movie “Napoleon Dynamite”. I’m slightly obsessive compulsive when it comes to brushing my teeth. Oh, be careful about what you say you will not change.
I once said that I would never shop at a K-Mart or Wal-Mart.
Now my whole apparel is K Mart, Target, and WalMart.
I would like to get 8 hours of sleep, but I usually never get more than five.
I’ve had a grandson that struggled with asthma for four years, waking up every morning at 3am.
I never sleep for more than an hour at a time. But hey maybe, you will always be able to get your seven hours.
If not…God is able to see us through, and his grace is truly sufficient.
Blessings brother.
