Thanks for this post. This is very timely. This week I have some more medical tests to hopefully discover the cause of an illness I’ve had for less than a year now. This post is a good reminder to be joyful in who I know rather than what I know. And no matter what the tests do or do not discover, God is still the same and he knows me and that gives me much comfort.

Hey Bee, It’s so great that you know Jesus even before you go to college – I wish I had. The Lord will definitely be with you when you go to college! And he will give you grace for whatever challenges you face. I’ve been a believer since ‘74, and have been through lots of things I never could have anticipated, and Jesus has never let me down yet. Keep trusting in him!

I love this post. I (along with a lot of my friends from church) struggle with this as well. Many of us are preparing to head off to college in the fall, so we have no idea what to expect in our futures. But this post definitely calmed my fears a little. As long as I fully rely on God, I’ll be okay, no matter what happens to me along the way.
