Mike – You’re right, worry always takes away from time that could be spent doing something fun! And Ed Welch’s book is very good.

As a women I think that is my job to worry but it is great when God shows me that it is really not my job. My job is to rely on him and believe that he will take care of ALL according to his will.

This is a good post. I am always prone to anxiety alot. This article helps me see that I am not the one in control of my life but a sovereign God is.

That’s a really good article and makes a really good, clear point.

I for 1 am a worrier – and you’re right, it never ever ever helps! It does lose you sleep and lose you time you could be doing something more fun though.

Thanks for serving us so well with this article – I would recommend off the back of it the book ‘Running Scared’ covers a lot of ground.
