It is so easy to get wrapped up in what we have to do instead of what God is doing for us and in us. The gospel is always what motivates us!

Yup, I’d have given up on me long ago. I’d have given up on some people in my life too. But God wants me to emulate him, to be Christ-like, so I have to make a conscious decision to not give up on those people either.
